KOKU Workshop
KOKU is an award winning, NHS approved, digital strength and balance exercise programme for older adults. It also covers topics such as bone health, home safety and staying hydrated. No need to book, drop-in at any point during the advertised times for an introduction to the app with our friendly development worker.
