Brew Monday is an annual event organised by Samaritans, a UK charity, to tackle the January Blues. Held on the third Monday in January, it promotes connection and combatting loneliness by encouraging people to come together with friends and family over a cup of tea or coffee. This simple act helps to support each other and reduce feelings of loneliness and despair.
If you are feeling lonely and looking to meet new people in your community, you may consider attending our weekly brew and chat event in Swinton, Eccles & Pendleton. This gathering provides information about happenings in Salford and promotes socialising with others, aiming to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation over a cup of Tea or coffee
