Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Inspiring Communities Togetheron behalf of the Age Friendly Salford programme based in the United Kingdom.
Eligibility
The prize draw is open to individuals enrolled on the Live Well, Age Well (previously known as Living Well in Later Life) course who attend at least 4 of the 5 sessions of the course.
Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
Staff members and volunteers of Inspiring Communities Together, Age UK Salford and Trafford and Salford CVS (the three organisations that deliver Age Friendly Salford) and immediate family members of staff or volunteers are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
The promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility.
How to Enter
Participants who attend at least 4 of the 5 sessions within the financial quarter will be automatically entered into that quarter’s prize draw.
There is no cost to enter.
Only one entry per eligible participant is permitted.
Prize
One winner each quarter will receive a Fitbit Inspire 3 smartwatch.
The prize is nonexchangeable, nontransferable and no cash alternative is offered.
The promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative of equal or higher value if circumstances require.
Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within five working days of the end of the quarter.
The winner will be notified via email and/or phone.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Data Protection
Personal data will be processed solely for the purposes of administering the prize draw and in accordance with UK data protection law.
Personal data will not be shared with third parties unless required for delivery of the prize.
Publicity
The winner may be asked for permission to take part in nonobligatory publicity (e.g., a photo or testimonial). Consent will be optional.
General
The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical or communication issues.
The promoter reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or amend the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
