During the week we will be talking to people about the importance of good nutrition and hydration and sharing quick and easy tips and ideas to help older people manage and improve their own nutrition and hydration.
Our development workers deliver a programme of activities for older people in the community and over Zoom. Our activities are a great way for you to increase your wellbeing and social engagement and can help reduce loneliness and social isolation.

Join our Walk & Talk where we will explore the history of some of Salford's green and blue public spaces.
Are you interested in helping older people in Salford stay healthy and well? We are looking for volunteers to become Wellbeing Champions across Salford.
The role involves talking to older people about their wellbeing and helping them to understand and complete My Wellbeing Plan. The role requires good engagement and communication skills. Volunteers will receive training, support, and expenses.
