Norma is a Walkden resident who we first met in 2021, when she took part in our Tech & Tea course at Critchley Café, having recently lost her husband. Tech & Tea not only helped her digital skills, but enabled her to meet others and grow in confidence. Since then, Norma has gone from strength-to-strength and is now chairperson of a voluntary group in Swinton. We spoke to Norma about her experience and how the Age Friendly Salford programme has helped her.
